Sun City Grand began building their homes in 1996 with completion of the first home in 1997.
Pulte Homes bought the Del Webb name in June, 2001, beginning their new phase with new models, some of which were like the previous models, with slight changes. Some of the new models are completely different than the original set of models. Below are all the models in Sun City Grand with original square footage without additions or modifications:
