I will photograph your home, creating a Photo Gallery to place online on one of many search engines and web sites.  Along with a Photo Gallery, I create a personalized Floor Plan and Amenities List, letting potential buyers know all the important features of your home.  You also will have a Video Tour with voice-over placed in the MLS and other sites.



In addition to marketing your home, I also introduce prospective buyers to your neighborhood or town by adding the local web site featuring the highlights of the community you live in.  It's always important to "sell" the community as well as your home.



During your time on the market, I will communicate weekly with my Weekly Report, informing you of the number of showings of your home with agent and buyer feedback, listing the number of viewings of your home on the various web sites, keeping track of the Open Houses I hold and letting you know when I advertise in print media.  But I never forget the ever-important personal communication necessary to answer questions, listen to comments or provide you with referrals for service personnel.

After you receive an acceptable offer, I keep you informed frequently of the progress of the sale.
